All sales through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions

Required Information and Verification

All sales require certain necessary information. Our processes attempt to collect all of this information at the time of order through the checkout pages. However, certain information may not validate or be correct, in which case we will make all reasonable effort to contact you by phone and email. Should we be unable to contact you, we will cancel your order in 30 days.

Order Processing

All orderes will be processed and fulfilled by Conveyer & Caster - Equipment for Industry. Your order may be processed through our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio or through a vendor's warehouse as a drop shipment. In the event we are out of stock, short on stock, or otherwise unable to fill your order immediately, we will contact you via phone and email. You do have a right to cancel should the lead time be unacceptable.

Payment

Unless your account is purchase order enabled, all orders must be accompanied with payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. All sales are authorized immediately and settled upon shipment.

Shipment

He ship via a variety of carriers, based on the contents of the order and the destination. Should you require a specific carrier or wish to have your order shipped collect, please contact us by phone at 888-984-4896.

Sales Tax

Currently, we collect sales tax for orders shipping to Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. If your order is shipping to another state, we are not responsible for collecting sales tax, however you may still be obliged to pay sales taxes.

Returns

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), this can be obtained by contacting us .

For returns of non-defective product, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. We will, upon receipt of the returned goods, refund your original material purchase price. For returns of defective goods, we will, at your discretion, refund or replace your order. We may request the return of defective product, if we do it will be at our expense.
